Haidong Gumdo is a Korean sword art, fun for the whole family! New classes are offered on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00-7:00 pm at the new gym on the second floor next to the racquetball courts. Contact Instructor Troy at (troy at hillmaa dot com) or call him at 801-866-4558.

Upcoming Events: The 1st Western Haidong Gumdo Championship in Arizona will be November 6-8. Please contact Instructor Troy immediately if you are interested.
